Orders

You will receive a confirmation after placing your order. All sales are final. Please note that items in your cart are not reserved until your order has been placed. 

 

Shipping

Shipping rates are:

• 1-4 tubers:    $10
• 5-20 tubers:  $18
• 21+ tubers:   $22

Tubers will begin shipping in April, weather permitting. This is to avoid tuber damage in transit due to freezing temperatures. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information after your order has shipped. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

If you place multiple orders, we will automatically combine shipping and refund excess shipping costs at the time of order fulfillment.

 

After Your Dahlia Tubers Arrive

Please open your package as soon as possible and inspect your tubers. We guarantee that tubers will be shipped with at least one viable eye and an intact neck. Some tubers may be big, some may be small, some may be shaped a little funny, but we guarantee that they are all viable to grow into healthy plants during the 2025 growing season. Every order will include a set of growing instructions.

If you see any issues with your tubers, please reach out to us through the Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Copper House Flower Farm is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, freezing, rot, pests, or negligence.
